Account Manager

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience and proven success in all phases of the sales cycle, from generating new customer leads to negotiating contracts for complex solutions. He/She is a self-starter with excellent communication skills who brings an energetic personality to the team. Interacting with customers from all areas of the globe makes for a very exciting opportunity.

Education and Experience:

  • Post-Secondary Education
  • Experience in Solution-Selling
  • Aviation Sector Experience an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Working with new and existing clients to uncover opportunities to sell our technology
  • Diligent Account management (building account org charts, developing multi-level relationships, Regular follow-up/visits)
  • New Business Development: Educating Airports, Service Providers and partners as to our offerings
  • Developing a strong understanding of the Air Traffic Control, Remote and Digital Tower space
  • Reports to Vice President of Sales

Required Skills:

  • Solid Communication skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to work under little supervision
  • English speaking (multi-lingual considered a strong asset)
  • Willingness to travel: 25%
